Cutest Girl Ever
This is the cutest little girl ever. I hope that one day, my daughter will do this with me. Oh and the show this is on is called Tosh.O on Comedy Central and it's hilarious.
All Work Makes Me A Bored Boy
I finally landed a job last week. I work in the mall in a booth kiosk for a company called Goldman's. We buy gold, silver, and platinum. The hours are perfect for me since I'm doing summer school and the pay is decent also. But, when I don't have any customers, the day can go by really really slow. The one benefit of having a slow day is that I get to people watch. The mall is the perfect place to see what kind of people live in your city. I've seen people from all walks of life and I must say that I'm enjoying it thoroughly. As people walk by you can hear a snippet of their conversations and they range from depressing to absolutely hilarious. This is why I love people so much. Everyone is different but as long as you accept people for who they are, you can enrich your life with their experiences and knowledge. So next time you are passing by someone, just take a second and say hi. You'll be surprised at what results you get.

Summer 2010!
Well the school year has come and gone. Let the crazy scheduling of summer begin! Summer is to students what cake is to a fat kid....EVERYTHING. Although the more I grow up, summer doesn't seem to have the same, shall we say, spunk. Instead of hanging out with friends, planning road trips, playing outside, and having shaved ice everyday, I am instead stuck in summer school (Physics I and II), in an endless job hunt, and living 2,000 miles away from home. Don't get me wrong, summer can still have its good times when you grow up. I may be 2,000 miles away from home but I am living on my own with my brother and friend. That's something I love. And I am a heck of a lot closer to my girlfriend, which is definitely nice. The endless job hunt? Yeah it sucks but I am getting really good at writing my name, address, and previous work experience. :) Physics? Also sucks but at least I'm getting the class out of the way. So whether you are young or old, just remember that summer can still be summer, it just looks and feels a heck of a lot different. Here is a link to my new (and first) iMix on iTunes. Just some tunes to get your summer off on the right step. Enjoy!

New Year: Time To Restart
HAPPY 2010 EVERYONE! I am so happy to be alive and witness the birth of a new decade. The 00's were filled with some amazing and also some sad moments. In 2006, I graduated high school. Not all too uncommon but it was a milestone in my life I will never forget. I've learned a lot since then and I am so happy with where I am today. 14 months ago I asked an amazing woman to go out with me and we have been going strong ever since. I love her to death and she puts a smile on my face every morning. But what about the lows of the last decade? Not too many folks like to meditate on those times but I believe the good times come with the bad. I lost my great grandmother this past year. It was a hard time for me and my family but we know she is in a better place now. And celebrity deaths? What a crazy year 2009 was. Michael Jackson, Farrah Fawcett, Brittany Murphy, and a number of others went on ahead of us.
But when all is said and done, the last ten years have been awesome and I can't wait to see where I am at in ten more years. Life is full of surprises and I can't wait to receive my first one of 2010! HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Woot : One Day, One Deal (SM)
If you haven't heard about Woot yet, it's time you did. This website has one item it sells daily and once it's gone, it's gone. The best part about Woot is the variety of items it has, along with the great prices. The items can range from kitchen knife sets to laptops to TVs to even a bag they fill with random crap. Shipping is never a hassle at a $5 flat rate. Every once in awhile, they have what is called a "Woot Off". During this period, once an item is sold out, they put up another item right away. It's a good way for them to clear out their inventory plus it's a great way to get more stuff! As we speak a Woot Off is happening right now, so I suggest you hop on over with the link I provided and check it out.

Summer is coming to an end
Well the summer has left us, almost as fast as it came to us. Life is about to change once again. With the end of summer in sight, there are many things that I can look forward to with excitement and things I can look back on with good memories. This summer has been quite the roller coaster ride for me. I finished school in late April/early May and came home to be with my family and friends. In a normal economy, landing a job is not a hard task if you put your time and effort into it. But since this economy has gone down the crapper, it has become a real struggle for most people to find a job. Getting out early from school normally means a head start on the job market for most college students. I went straight to work on finding a job as soon as I got home. There were a few bright spots but they ended up being failures. A month and a half goes by and I still have not landed a solid summer job. But through perseverance and the grace of God, I found a job. Now cleaning elementary schools is not my idea of a perfect summer job but hey, it's a job and I am grateful for it. Summer also gives me time to reconnect with my friends who I don't get to see during the school year. My boys and I go out golfing as much as possible. It's a good way to get out and enjoy both the gorgeous summer weather and great company. With my work schedule, hang out time has been severely limited but I am so grateful for the time I have had to spend with my friends. I can also look back at my trip to Kansas City to surprise my girlfriend. She was part of her best friends wedding, as the maid of honor, but didn't have a date. She was so disappointed and sad that I couldn't make it but I did make it! I flew in a couple of days before the wedding and surprised her with my presence. That will be the best memory I have of this 2009 summer vacation.
Now onto the future plans and excitement. School is just around the bend. This means it's time to go back to living on my own. I love having the kind of freedom living away from home gives you. I also am excited to be back with the great friend I have made over the last two years. Being within walking distance of my girlfriend is also an added bonus. As much as I don't like school because of...you know...work, I am really excited to get back and learn new things. I already have a job set up for me when I get back and I can't stress the level of excitement I have. So how was your summer? Was it filled with fun and relaxing times or was it filled with shift upon shift of summer work? And what about the upcoming school year? What plans lie ahead for you and what fun and exciting things are you planning to accomplish? Write me back. I am interested in hearing what you guys are thinking. Thanks.

This is why I love golf
Golf is a very versatile sport. Many see it as an old man's game or that sport mostly white men play using sticks and balls. This video is proof that there are many aspects of golf people have yet to discover. I would encourage those of you who haven't given golf a try to just give it a shot. The game is designed for all types of people/players on all levels. Its great exercise and even more enjoyable as an opportunity for social gathering. Thanks everyone. Have an awesome 4th of July weekend!
